Signature luxury development project in Banglore
The CORE team got involved in this signature luxury development project in Banglore India, advising on construction materials and technical solutions, as well as the interior design of the common areas and show homes. CORE was also responsible for purchasing all the decorative materials and furniture, organising transportation, and delivery to India.
Suvilas Royal Gardenia is considered one of the first projects in India to follow European construction standards 100%, from formwork to finishes. The project is a ten-level development spread across two acres of land, including 72 luxury homes spread across two towers surrounded by a body of water. The two towers house 3- and 4-bedroom apartments with floorplans ranging from 2054 to 2495 ft2. Each tower has a lobby measuring around 1,000 ft2 and a 13,000 ft2 well-equipped modern clubhouse, along with a 1000 ft2 multi-utility hall. Suvilas Royal Gardenia was ranked among the top 100 residential projects in India in 2014, as evaluated by CRISIL, with the CORE consulting team being recognised for their work in every area.
