A Record-Breaking Week and a Productive Year

This year, we celebrated the completion of six beautifully crafted homes. Each project is more than just architecture—it’s the culmination of dedication, innovation, and a deep commitment to our clients’ dreams. There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing families step into their new spaces, ready to begin a fresh chapter.

Adding to this excitement, we achieved an unprecedented milestone: three new projects approved in a single week! This remarkable feat reinforces our mission to deliver sustainable, luxurious designs that exceed expectations.

Award-Winning Excellence

This year, our work didn’t just speak for itself — it earned accolades on the global stage. We were absolutely thrilled to win two prestigious awards for our beloved Casa Azinheira:

• The DNA Paris Award for Best Refurbishment.
• The International Property Award (Europe) in the same category.

But the recognition didn’t stop there. CORE Architects was also shortlisted for the BIG 5 Award in Dubai with CASA Azul, making us the only Portuguese company in our category to be represented. What an honour it was to attend the ceremony and see the Portuguese flag displayed on the screen!

A significant highlight of 2024 was the launch of CORE AND MORE LIFESTYLE, our brand-new store in Loulé. This space is more than just a shop — it’s an extension of who we are as a company.
